This article describes how to manage super admin and users within the portal as a Super Admin.
For each section, it is assumed you are logged into your Super Admin account.
Create a super admin/user
To create a super admin/user:
- Click on Developer
- Click on Manage Super Admins
- Click on Create New Super Admin button
- Provide Email (this will be user's login username) and Name
- Check the Super User only checkbox if this user shouldn't have Developer permissions
- Click Create
Retrieve all super admins + users
To see all super admins + users:
- Click on Developer
- Click on Manage Super Admins
Update super admin/user
- Click on Developer
- Click on Manage Super Admins
- Click on user you want to modify
On the Super Admin/User Page, you'll be able to perform the following actions:
- Edit user name
- Delete user
Upgrade account user to super admin/user
- Click on Developer
- Click on Manage Super Admins
- Click on Upgrade Existing User to Super Admin button
- Select user
- Check the Super User only checkbox if this user shouldn't have Developer permissions
- Click Grant Super Admin
Delete super admin/user
To delete a super admin/user:
- Click on Developer
- Click on Manage Super Admins
- Click on user you want to delete
- Click Delete User at bottom of page
