Managing Super Admins/Users as Super Admin

This article describes how to manage super admin and users within the portal as a Super Admin. 

For each section, it is assumed you are logged into your Super Admin account.

Create a super admin/user 

To create a super admin/user:

  1. Click on Developer
  2. Click on Manage Super Admins
  3. Click on Create New Super Admin button
  4. Provide Email (this will be user's login username) and Name
  5. Check the Super User only checkbox if this user shouldn't have Developer permissions
  6. Click Create

Retrieve all super admins + users

To see all super admins + users:

  1. Click on Developer
  2. Click on Manage Super Admins

Update super admin/user

  1. Click on Developer
  2. Click on Manage Super Admins
  3. Click on user you want to modify

On the Super Admin/User Page, you'll be able to perform the following actions:

  • Edit user name
  • Delete user

Upgrade account user to super admin/user

  1. Click on Developer
  2. Click on Manage Super Admins
  3. Click on Upgrade Existing User to Super Admin button
  4. Select user
  5. Check the Super User only checkbox if this user shouldn't have Developer permissions
  6. Click Grant Super Admin

 

Delete super admin/user

To delete a super admin/user:

  1. Click on Developer
  2. Click on Manage Super Admins
  3. Click on user you want to delete 
  4. Click Delete User at bottom of page
